posted over 4 years ago by WeedLTRG from Weed Long Term Recovery Group
Tell us your story of the Weed Fire by entering the Weed Public Library Writing Contest.
Write us, in the form of a short story, essay, poem, play, etc., and tell how the fire affected you.
Prompts to get you going: Who were you with? Where were you--in school? Working? Did your house burn or have smoke damage? Did you evacuate? What about your pet?
Are you a student, parent, teacher, first responder, firefighter, nurse, doctor, policeman, etc.? Did you volunteer after the fire with clothing or food distribution, housing, clean-up, etc.?
Follow the RULES. Attach the submission form to your entry. (In documents tab on the left of the homepage)
